Unfortunately, although many characteristics have been discussed in detail in the system theory, the concept of “system power” has not received due importance. However, there is a great need for this concept on a broad category level. This need becomes particularly noticeable when social systems and issues related to their management are studied. This article talks about issues related to the system, especially the “power of social systems”. It discusses the opportunities created by fuzzy logic and Ahangyol theories in determining the power of a system and preparing the scientific guarantee of its use. The research was conducted on the basis of four main pillars of fuzzy logic - general logic pillar, fuzzy sets pillar, epistemological pillar, and relationship pillar. In the end, a mathematical model is proposed in the field of uncovering and using the power and latent capabilities of systems.
