Application of Dynamic Group Decision Making Under Z-Information Using SAW Method for Capital Investment

Capital investment decision-making involves evaluating various investment opportunities to allocate resources in a manner that maximizes returns while managing risks. A structured approach to decision-making for investments are clearly articulation the investment goals, including financial targets, risk tolerance, time horizon, and any specific preferences or constraints, collection relevant information about potential investment opportunities, including financial data, market trends. This approach also includes industry analysis, and economic indicators, evaluating the risks associated with each investment opportunity, considering attributes such as market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk, estimation the potential returns of each investment opportunity, taking into account factors such as expected cash flows, growth prospects, and valuation metrics, engaging relevant stakeholders, such as investment committee members, financial advisors, and legal experts, in the decision-making to gain diverse perspectives and ensure consensus on investment decisions. In this article, dynamic fuzzy multi-attribute decision making for investment is developed using Z-information. Dynamic group decision making refers to the process of making decisions within a group where the information, preferences, or priorities may change over time. Z-information, often associated with fuzzy logic or fuzzy sets, represents uncertain or imprecise information. Applying dynamic group decision making under Z-information for capital investment involves utilizing dynamic decision-making techniques in situations where information is fuzzy or uncertain.
