Modeling and identification of reliability in personal relationships is challenging problem in science. Reliability is related directly with happiness and safety of human. In this paper first time we suggest fuzzy model for prediction of reliability degree of personal relationships, taking into accounting confidence and reliability of existing information described as perceptions. Factors affecting to reliability degree are taken as Z-numbers that adequately describe fuzzy and probabilistic uncertainties. Finally, the developed approach is applied to multi-criterial decision making for selection best personal relationships.
