This chapter is describing different kinds of music, music therapy projects, and programmes that have been developed for refugees during the years internationally. There have been different research groups and organisations participating in helping refugees and asylum seekers in the refugee camps, schools, as well as in the host countries. This kind of organisational support and collaboration including systemic intervention on micro and macro levels of society affecting refugees, their children, as well as their communities in the host countries has been developed in music therapy.
