Experimental Research on the Adhesion Performance of Tiled Polyurethane Insulating Mortar to the Structural Layer
摘要
This study investigates the tensile adhesion strength between polyurethane insulation mortar for external thermal insulation of building walls and the structural layer, as well as the adhesion effects of different bonding agents, with a comparative analysis. The results show that, among the three types of insulation mortars studied, FMH-05 exhibits the best tensile adhesion strength, while MGS-05 performs poorly. Among the three types of bonding agents studied, the bonding agent with the same formulation as the insulation mortar itself shows the best adhesion to the insulation mortar, followed by polymer mortar, with the dry powder type interface agent showing the worst adhesion effect.
