This article aims to explore the contributions of artificial intelligence (AI) to supply chain management (SCM) through a systematic review of the existing literature. To address the gap in scientific research on AI in SCM, this study seeks to identify current AI techniques applied to SCM practices. Specifically, the study focuses on four aspects: describing the AI technologies currently employed to optimize supply chain processes; comparing AI-based approaches with traditional methods; identifying barriers to implementing AI in supply chain management; and examining articles from four specific areas of SCM: procurement management, inventory management, transportation management, and warehouse management. A precise set of inclusion and exclusion criteria is used for this analysis.

摘要
