Traditional methods of assessing skills on the MOODLE platform have their limitations, particularly in terms of personalization, real-time responsiveness, and individualized learner follow-up. This article proposes an innovative approach to improving these processes, by integrating Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques. The methodology is based on real-time data analysis, enabling instant feedback to learners and continuous monitoring of their progress. In addition, AI algorithms, in particular those derived from NLP (Natural Language Processing), are used to generate personalized questions tailored to each learner’s learning path. Finally, a recommendation system is introduced, proposing targeted support and remediation content to meet the specific needs of each user. This global approach aims to optimize the effectiveness of assessments, personalize the learning experience, and promote individualized progression of skills on the MOODLE platform.
