This chapter explores the entrepreneurial capability needs of female immigrant entrepreneurs at both pre-growth and growth stages. Drawing on research conducted in Ireland, it evaluates how current EET provision aligns (or fails to align) with these needs. The findings underscore a significant mismatch, pointing to the limited availability of tailored support for female immigrant entrepreneurs.
