Focusing on adult learning theory, this chapter introduces the Andragogy in Practice (AiP) model and discusses its relevance to EET. It presents and applies the AiP model within the context of entrepreneurship education for female immigrants, advocating for a learner-centred, experience-based approach that acknowledges and harnesses learners’ diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
