This chapter investigates how entrepreneurial capabilities (skills, knowledge, attributes, and mindset) are cultivated through education and training. It reviews the outcomes associated with entrepreneurship education and training (EET), drawing on research that evidences a positive relationship between EET and enhanced entrepreneurial performance. The chapter positions capability development as critical for both individual empowerment and broader socio-economic advancement.
