Health psychologists do not work directly with mental health, but the recovery journey is a teachable moment and thus an ideal time for a health psychologist to support wider behaviour change and physical health. The case study will discuss the role of health psychology as part of a co-production team. The focus will be on the process of planning content for the delivery in well-being courses and the constant monitoring to identify the most useful input of health psychology in a wider team of experts.
