The paper proposes an extended model for the analysis of industrial production to assess the possibility and feasibility of automating the existing production process. The main parameters influencing the decision on the automation of the technological process, which are directly related to the structure of the enterprise, the parameters of the processed objects, and the technology of their production, have been identified and structured. Special attention is paid to analyzing parameters and existing technological processes for machining typical parts. The analysis of these factors resulted in the formulation of a model for defining the requirements for the structure and parameters of the designed automated technological system, taking into account practically all aspects of the enterprise's activity. The proposed model was implemented in practice when evaluating the possibility and feasibility of automation of a small enterprise for the production of plastic parts. After analysis of the enterprise and the manufactured products, a conclusion was drawn about the possibility and feasibility of automation of the machining section, and the requirements for the designed technical system were formulated. The proposed technical system was implemented using a specific main element, the robotic manipulator, and all necessary components, including a power unit, a cutting tool that allows processing almost all parts of the set without replacement during operation, and devices for installing and securing workpieces. The implementation of the proposed automated technological system significantly reduced the time required for performing mechanical operations, freed up highly qualified workers, and lowered the cost of manufacturing parts.

摘要
