Shifting Paradigms, Progressive Scholarship, and Education Censorship
摘要
To understand education censorship, it is essential to trace the development from past to present, particularly in relation to the trends of progressive scholarship, beyond a neoliberal focus. This includes an examination of paradigm shifts, identity politics, and Critical Race Theory (CRT). Central to this evolution is the shift from a colorblind worldview to the academic development of colorblind racism. Progressive concepts are also reviewed, including white privilege, white supremacist cultural values, white fragility, anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and the philosophical shifts from equality to equity.
