To conclude the story of education censorship, the enduring side effects, and strategies of healing, unity, and solution are outlined. Structural shifts are proposed with respect to addressing elites, overcoming distraction, contention, fear, and political division. Discursive shifts are proposed to recognize and overcome the political weaponization and class divisions to procure hope, unity, and mechanisms of healing. To build on these frameworks, solutions toward utilizing independent news and building critical media literacy are outlined for constructive and critical opportunity. To move beyond individualized responses and toward a re-alignment, the suggested focus should encompass neoliberal structures, economic reform, and efforts of unity, commonality of oppression, and recognition of elite-driven class warfare. Finally, schools are positioned as epicenters of social change, modeling healthy dialogue, productive conservations, and youth-centered mechanisms of opportunity, possibility, hope, and healing.
