Damage that occurs to a building must receive serious attention from office building managers. This is due to the potential for damage to the building that can cause safety risks and discomfort. State buildings should have a building life plan of up to 50 years. Therefore, maintenance and care of state buildings are carried out by considering the age of the building, depreciation, and building damage. Building D in the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government Office Complex, which was built in 2004, is one example where there is some damage in the building caused by the conversion of several rooms, weather changes, and lack of maintenance. Building damage is feared to damage other components that can interfere with its function. This study was conducted to identify damage to architectural components, damage volume, and maintenance and care costs for Building D, Kutai Kartanegara Regency Regent Complex based on PU Regulation No. 22/PRT/M/2018, and to conduct an analysis by referring to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and the Construction Work Unit Price (HSPK) of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The cost analysis focused on architectural components, namely walls, floors, and ceilings, as research objects. Based on the analysis, the percentage of damage to the architectural components of Building D of the Kutai Kartanegara Regent’s Complex is 2.09% and is included in the type of minor damage. The budget plan for the maintenance work of Building D of the Kutai Kartanegara Regent’s Office Complex on the architectural components is Rp. 914,215,152.83.
