The Penajam City Area, located near the National Capital Region, needs to strengthen its character with landmarks such as towers, monuments, or towers, as well as supporting functions such as commercial, tourism, and socio-cultural functions. The construction of the Penajam Tower will serve as a landmark building in the form of an observation tower with supporting facilities for tourism activities around the area. There are four alternative locations for the construction of the tower, including Water Front City, in front of the Regent's Office, in front of the Stadium, and behind the Stadium, with the feasibility determination based on six aspects such as Spatial, Technical, Transportation, Economic and Financial, Environmental, and Support. The analysis results indicate that location 2 is the best choice for the construction of the Penajam Tower as it meets the criteria with a higher weighted value compared to other locations.
