This study aims to evaluate user acceptance and technology readiness of an ERP system implemented in a contracting company. The research employs two primary evaluation methods: the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to assess user perceptions regarding the system’s perceived usefulness and ease of use, and the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) to evaluate the ERP system’s technological readiness in supporting the company’s daily operations. Findings indicate that while the ERP system enjoys a high level of user acceptance, there are still areas requiring improvement to achieve a higher level of technological readiness. The study offers strategic recommendations to enhance the implementation and utilization of the ERP system. Furthermore, it identifies several critical factors affecting ERP adoption and success, such as management support, user training, and alignment between business processes and ERP features. By understanding these factors, companies can develop more effective strategies to address challenges and maximize the benefits of ERP. Additionally, the study emphasizes the importance of ongoing evaluation to ensure that the ERP system remains relevant and capable of meeting evolving business needs.
