The Economic Creative Center is a place for empowerment in the creative industries in the lamongan district by prioritizing intellectuals as wealth that creates money, employment opportunities, income, and welfare. The description of this creative industry is not only focused on production and distribution but also involves social and culture, Identifying from the economic and social values, the application of Vernacular Architecture to the design is very suitable. The design concept of the Economic Creative Center also considers integration with activities, facilities, comfort, and circulation. The method used in this design is to conduct field observations, namely by directly reviewing field conditions and collecting data by interviewing related parties. in addition, literature studies and comparative studies of objects related to technical factors and building requirements that affect the design design. Then identify aspects that can be applied in the design concerning technical aspects, design aspects that are in accordance with the design criteria to be achieved. From the problems obtained, it is then analyzed to produce a design concept with the theme of Vernacular Architecture. As a final result, the design can accommodate all creative industry activities and produce designs that can collaborate locality and creativity.
