With the rapid development of technology, the potential of Generative Artificial Intelligence in space art creation has become increasingly evident. This paper focuses on the core role of AIGC in driving innovation in space art, particularly its unique contribution to blending various national aerospace cultures and generating artworks that embody the fusion of culture and technology. Currently, space art is largely influenced by Western culture, with limited representation of traditional cultural expressions from other nations. This highlights the urgency and significance of utilizing AIGC technology to present distinctive cultural perspectives. By tracing the historical evolution of space art and analyzing the cultural and technological achievements of different national space programs, this paper provides case studies on the application of AIGC in image processing, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR). The findings show that the combination of AIGC and aerospace culture can produce avant-garde space art that is deeply rooted in cultural heritage. Moreover, AIGC-driven space art demonstrates considerable economic value and application prospects within the cultural industry, attracting public attention and promoting the development of related industries. Based on these insights, this paper proposes an innovative framework for space art expression using AIGC technology and explores future directions for the development of space art, aiming to provide new pathways for its deeper integration with the cultural industry.
