This study explores the integration of fuzzy logic systems and gamification to enhance entrepreneurship education by providing a dynamic framework for assessing and refining student projects. The proposed system utilizes linguistic variables, membership functions, and fuzzy rules to evaluate entrepreneurial competencies, while gamification elements such as points and leaderboards foster engagement and motivation. The system was applied to four case studies, illustrating its ability to capture project evolution, support iterative improvements, and identify critical milestones. Results demonstrate the system’s effectiveness in bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application, offering actionable insights into project readiness and development. Despite limitations related to generalizability and implementation complexity, the findings highlight the transformative potential of combining fuzzy logic and gamification to advance entrepreneurship education and prepare students for real-world challenges.
