In recent years, e-commerce live streaming has become a popular industry, which constantly promotes the development of the economy. This paper studies the sales mode of e-commerce live streaming considering consumer return. Based on Stackelberg game and backward induction, we derive the optimal commodity price and the effort level of the streamer, and analyze the impact of return rate and return cost on the decisions and profits of the supplier and the streamer. The results show that the higher return cost leads to the higher price of the commodities. Although the higher return cost will increase the profit of the supplier; on the whole, it is unfavorable for the streamer and the platform. The change of the return rate will also have a certain impact on the profit of all members in the supply chain. There may be a profit loss of the platform and the streamer, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of e-commerce live streaming.
