Key Factors Influencing Consumer Purchase Intention in e-commerce Livestreaming: A Ternary Perspective Based on Meta-Analysis
摘要
E-commerce livestreaming has been making waves globally, and awareness of e-commerce livestreaming is rapidly rising, which has motivated consumers to participate in livestreaming activities and inspired related academic research. Scholars have always explored the influence of consumer purchase intention (PI); however, contemporary research on livestreaming consumer PI has produced a series of different and sometimes conflicting conclusions. This study takes a streamer–consumer–situation ternary perspective, examining 61 highly relevant empirical studies from 2019 to 2024 to analyze the key influencing factors using a visual knowledge graph to construct a research model. The study employs meta-analysis to identify the influencing factors, revealing that immersion and consumer engagement have the most significant impact, and interactivity, social presence, trust, professional, attractive, perceived hedonic value, and perceived utility value all have significant influence. This study constructs a holistic theoretical model based on the streamer–consumer–situation triad, examines the key factors of PI, and explores the influence mechanism between them, providing an important practical reference for e-commerce livestreaming and future research endeavors.
