This paper explores the integration of interactive digital storytelling in cultural heritage sites to enhance visitor engagement and create meaningful personal narratives. Using a participatory ethnographic approach within a constructive design research framework, the study presents a museum experience design as a case study. Visitors engage with exhibits on-site through a mobile app to collect artifacts and customize souvenirs supported by AI technology, which deconstructs features into four layers: outer contour, inner contour, texture, and base color. These souvenirs serve as gateways to a personal library, allowing visitors to access detailed information about cultural heritage anytime and anywhere. By blending on-site and off-site interactions, the design fosters deeper connections between visitors and cultural heritage. The findings highlight AI deconstruction as a creative method, souvenirs as narrative gateways, and personal narratives as a cohesive element in the museum experience. This research provides insights for leveraging digital storytelling to enhance cultural heritage dissemination and inspire innovation in design for heritage sites.

摘要
