Objective: Aiming at the shortcomings of express packaging in terms of environmental protection, functionality, and user experience, combining design thinking and service design concepts, we carry out the innovative design of express packaging based on AHP/QFD/TRIZ theories to improve the environmental protection and user experience of the packaging. Methods: Acquire requirements through market survey and user interviews, apply design thinking to transform user requirements into technical characteristics, use quality house to identify and solve design conflicts, and design environmentally friendly and convenient packaging solutions by combining TRIZ innovation methods. Results: The design enhances the recyclability and standardization of the packaging, improves the material and structure, and enhances the convenience of the packaging, while optimizing the user experience and improving the quality of the whole express service. Conclusion: The combination of AHP/QFD/TRIZ theory with design thinking and service design concepts provides innovative solutions for express packaging, while promoting the optimization of service and user experience in the express industry.
