Optimizing User Experience and Interaction Design of Digital Showrooms from a Human-Computer Interaction Perspective
摘要
Digital Showrooms are key in digital information dissemination and communication, with User Experience Design (UX Design) and Interaction Design (IxD) at its core. However, current digital showroom designs face issues such as imbalanced technology applications between UX designs and IxD, outdated design concepts, and so on, making it challenging to meet the demand for high-quality interaction and user experience. This paper analyzes the UX Design and IxD of digital showrooms from a human-computer interaction (HCI) perspective, by clarifying relevant concepts, explaining design principles, identifying existing problems, and proposing a series of optimization strategies, which include enhancing user participation to build effective feedback loops, creating immersive sensory experiences, and precisely identifying personalized needs to provide customized services. The proposed optimized guide for UX Design and IxD in digital showrooms offers theoretical insights and practical guidance for advancing digital showroom technologies.
