In this chapter, the role of Evidence Based Policing (EBP) approach is discussed in the context of training uniformed services and law enforcement agencies at CEPOL level. The British and Polish perspectives on preventing, addressing youth crime and protecting the rights of victims were presented and discussed along with the role of criminology and international public law driven by a Bologna Process. This allowed to highlight the importance of all these aspects and argue that the process of preparing, designing, and evaluating each course that was delivered over the years 2018–2023 at Police Academy in Szczytno (Poland) thanks to an interdisciplinary cooperation with University of Leicester (UK), is a complex process, therefore, the educational objectives shall be adapted to the universal needs of training law enforcement agencies in the transnational, European dimension to improve their practice or critical thinking.
