Social and Psychological Mechanisms of Professional Formation of Rural Youth in the Agro-Industrial Sector

The article deals with the issues of professional formation of rural youth as a factor of sustainable development of rural areas in Russia. The role and place of rural youth in the system of integrated development of agro-industrial sector was defined. The specifics of professional formation of rural youth in the agrarian sector with a focus on personnel problems typical for the rural agro-industrial sector were revealed. The analysis of features and content of social and psychological mechanisms of professional formation in domestic and foreign psychology is presented. Tools to promote effective professionalization of rural youth were proposed.
