The expediency of building a fruit and vegetable cannery within the framework of the organization and development of an agricultural microcluster in rural settlements is justified by the presence of a raw material base, labor resources, and an actively developing food market. A review of the scientific papers connected with this issue under study allows us to propose a solution to the problem of preserving and expanding the production of small businesses based on cluster theory, taking into account the specifics of the regional agrarian economy and the need for investment development of rural areas. The result of the study is a proposal for the implementation of an investment project to open a mini-plant for the conservation of fruit and vegetable products, which in the future will ensure the creation of additional jobs, increase local budget revenues, and strengthen the position of local governments in solving socio-economic problems in rural areas. The aim of the study is to economically substantiate the feasibility of implementing an investment project as the basis for the creation and development of an agricultural microcluster. We evaluated the fruit and vegetable conservation market, calculating the investment project and substantiating the concept of cluster development of rural areas. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the theoretical substantiation of rural clusterization, taking into account the investment opportunities of implementing a priority project that is the basis for creating industrial, cooperative, and trade communications between the population, agricultural producers, and local governments.

摘要
