Endeavors to increase efficiency and productivity in the food processing sector frequently necessitate the use of sophisticated machinery, intricate protocols, and the presence of multiple potential risks, underscoring the paramount significance of ensuring workplace safety. Accidents and injuries have the potential to not only undermine the quality of products and the well-being of consumers, but they can also endanger the safety of workers. Within this context, the application of collaborative robots arises as a promising approach to reduce workplace hazards and establish a safer environment for human operators. This research paper seeks to conduct a comprehensive literature review on the topic of how collaborative robots can mitigate workplace hazards in the food processing industry. The initial step involves outlining the methodology used for this literature review. Following that, a comprehensive analysis is conducted to create bibliometric maps and tables that concisely illustrate the main scientific trends in this field, using the VOSviewer software, which is also introduced.

摘要
