This study is centered on advancing sustainable manufacturing practices through the incorporation and assessment of magnetic properties in products produced via the laser power bed fusion technique, a prominent method in metal 3D printing. The investigation initiates with an in-depth exploration of metal 3D printing technology, particularly highlighting the power bed fusion process. Experimental procedures entail the creation of diverse specimens utilizing the power bed fusion method, followed by a comprehensive evaluation of their magnetic attributes. Subsequent analysis involves a comparison between these results and those of machine parts manufactured using conventional industrial fabrication techniques. The power bed fusion method is esteemed for its potential in metal 3D printing due to its ability to fabricate intricate components of exceptional quality, including magnetic properties.
