Communication in the Relationship Marketing of International Organizations
摘要
While international organizations have become a management center for crucial global issues, their need to develop communication strategies and build trust has increased. Relationship marketing can be effectively used by international organizations in their communication efforts. Three types of trust behaviors (economics-oriented, sociology-oriented, and social-oriented) are recommended, as well as building trust through the attributional approach. These organizations have to build partnerships around shared values and high relationship termination costs while circumventing opportunistic behaviors. The geographical spreading and multicultural context of international organizations can be harnessed positively by using relationship continuity constructional units. For international organizations active in Romania, we recommend setting a foundation for a sustainable relationship building, by focusing on positive societal traits and result orientation. Generation Z needs to be involved actively and trust building policy carved for the interaction with older generations.
