摘要

The rise of generative AI technologies, particularly Deepfake, has raised complex ethical questions, making AI ethics education crucial for middle school students who are at a formative stage of cognitive and moral development. Addressing the challenges of limited AI-specific educators and the gap in accessible ethics curricula, this study presents a modular AI ethics education platform grounded in the Constructivist Learning Environment (CLE) framework. The “Virtual Reflection” platform combines interactive AI-powered modules with offline discussions to teach Deepfake-related ethics, fostering critical thinking and ethical awareness. Preliminary evaluations with middle school students in Hunan revealed significant improvements in their understanding of AI ethics, highlighting the platform’s usability and its potential to bridge the gap between theory and practice in AI ethics education. This research provides a scalable solution for integrating ethical discourse into secondary education and offers insights into interdisciplinary AI learning environments.
