The Application of Persona Workshop to Explore the Health Requirements and Behaviors of Graduate Students on Campus
摘要
Despite their generally robust physical health, graduate students face significant challenges including academic pressure, peer interactions, and career uncertainty. These stressors can negatively impact both their physical and mental well-being. Maintaining personal health awareness is therefore crucial for graduate students. This study investigates graduate students’ healthcare needs, examines their health challenges in campus life through design research, and explores opportunities for health-related solutions. Using persona workshops as our methodology, we invited graduate students to participate in workshop sessions where we gathered data about their healthcare needs and behaviors through focus group meeting and analyzed their requirement patterns. The study generated three representative personas that capture shared insights into graduate students’ healthcare needs. For each persona, we developed specific design guidelines, establishing a foundation for future campus healthcare service solutions.
