This article presents research on plastic materials and their mechanical properties used to calculate plastic gear drives. It proposes a base for calculating and designing plastic gears. The authors have calculated and compared the results between different types of materials under the same input conditions. The final results show that PA66 material is suitable for gear drives in filling machines.

摘要

This article presents research on plastic materials and their mechanical properties used to calculate plastic gear drives. It proposes a base for calculating and designing plastic gears.
