Osteoarthritis of the hindfoot’ is a generic way to indicate advanced cartilage degeneration at the subtalar, talonavicular and calcaneocuboid joints, entailing hindfoot stiffness or instability, pain and functional limitation for the patient. If the conservative treatment fails, surgery is generally recommended. The aim of this chapter is to summarize the state of art in terms of surgical techniques indicated in this scenario, including different approaches, tips and tricks.
