Faced with concerns about climate change caused by global warming, countries have clearly requested to replace fossil fuels with renewable energy. The International Energy Agency (IEA) pointed out that the world is still highly dependent on fossil fuels. The COP28 resolution proposed “transformation away from all fossil fuels.“ Global energy is low Carbon transformation is urgent. The COP28 resolution mentioned: before 2030, renewable energy will double and energy efficiency will double. COP29 also reiterated the goal of tripling renewable energy by 2030 in the conference. Governments of various countries are increasing their support for the technological development and commercialization of renewable energy in terms of taxation, policy and legislation to achieve their goals.
