This study takes pineapple leaf fiber as an example to explore the value innovation of sustainable material design through AICG (Artificial Intelligence and Computational Graphics) and examines the feasibility of differentiating high-value-added products for competitive advantage in the market trends using Taiwan’s textile industry as a case study. In recent years, Taiwan’s textile industry has been actively developing various functional and eco-friendly materials, in line with technological and fashion trends, and creating market-segmented products in the fabric and garment markets. This study aims to explore how the innovative application of sustainable materials can achieve a paradigm shift in cultural product design and promote the development of the aesthetic economy. The extraction of pineapple leaf fiber is relatively complex, but the market acceptance of natural fibers is high, indicating that these seemingly useless agricultural residues have the potential to be repurposed into high-value textiles. Taiwan, with its agricultural advantages and innovation capabilities, is more competitive in the application of sustainable materials and design compared to other Southeast Asian production areas. Based on these market trends and material characteristics, this study aims to leverage the advantages of local resources to develop culturally distinctive and marketable products.
