Digital technology has greatly facilitated people's daily lives, but it has also brought forth problems like self-objectification and a sense of emptiness. One of the main issues is the alienation caused by technology. We evaluate the connection between human-computer interaction, art, and communication, focusing on a pilot study of the interactive art installation AI-Echo. The study provides a novel viewpoint on how individuals use technology, examining how it affects the way people present themselves and interact with others. We also share the findings, insights, and lessons we've learned from observing how people behave and express their emotions in environments governed by algorithms.
