The fast acceptance of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare has transformed administrative procedures, diagnostics, and patient care, so improving accuracy and efficiency. Still, it also raises important ethical questions and social consequences that call for careful study. This paper investigates the ethical issues of artificial intelligence in healthcare including prejudice and fairness, privacy issues, lack of transparency, responsibility, and the complexity of informed permission. Emphasizing healthcare accessibility, equity, workforce consequences, public trust, and the changing doctor-patient interaction, it also looks at the social impact. By means of a thorough assessment of the literature and case study analysis, this study reveals important ethical conundrums and society repercussions of artificial intelligence application in medical environments. To guarantee safe artificial intelligence use, the report emphasizes the need of strong regulatory frameworks, ethical rules, and multidisciplinary cooperation.
