Conducting agility tests is a common practice in sports and physical training environments. However, studies indicate that, due to their multifaceted nature, involving attributes such as speed, attention, and coordination, these tests can be beneficial for therapies aimed at individuals with motor or cognitive limitations. In this context, it proposes the development of a wireless device designed to assist trainers and physiotherapists in conducting these therapies. The present work proposes developing a time interval acquisition system, based on the management of signals from infrared sensors, visualizing the data in a graphical interface and storing it to monitor the performance of the individuals evaluated. The research was conducted based on identifying gaps in devices developed for agility and performance testing from 2000 to 2022. As a result, the prototype of the device was developed for executing agility tests, using ESP32 and M5Stack Core2 microcontrollers, which communicate through ESP NOW technology.

摘要
