Water scarcity is a growing concern around the world, with many regions facing droughts, water shortages, and poor water quality. At the same time, renewable energy sources, such as solar power and wind power, are gaining popularity as a clean and sustainable alternative to fossil fuels. In this context, the design of a device that can both conserve rainwater and harness solar energy can provide a solution to two pressing issues. This manuscript presents an automatic tracking solar plate which can be also used for water harvesting. The proposed design consists of solar panel rain sensor, motors, and turbine. During the sunlight, solar energy is converted into electrical energy, and during the rainy season, rain water is stored and also used in production of energy using turbine. This literature describes, analyze, and evaluate the performance and implications of the proposed device.
