To encourage irrigators to adopt water-saving irrigation technology, it is necessary to provide clear information on financing mechanisms and investment tools that support these innovations. The aim of this work is to analyze existing financial mechanisms to adopt new, efficient irrigation technologies studied in some Mediterranean countries. The collection of data on financing options was conducted through qualitative interviews using a questionnaire. In this work, different financing mechanisms are revealed; offer a range of options to meet the needs of each farmer for use a case study technology. The strategy of implementation roadmap financial planning must be checking the specific funding programs and the matrix of demand funding by country studied. This could help ensure the economic and social development of farmers and their families.
