The current education system presents several challenges for teachers and students. Establishing an inclusive school system that supplies the heterogeneity of students, including those with special educational needs, is an overwhelming task when applying a standardized educational program. Considering each student’s profile as unique, does it make sense to educate using the same academic content? Would tailoring a relevant educational approach according to each student's unique profile be effective? With these questions in mind, this article aims to analyze whether technology, in particular artificial intelligence, can become an ally for teachers in creating personalized content aligned with the profile and needs of each student. The research adopts a qualitative approach, centered on a literature review which is the foundation of this article. The research criteria included topics such as personalized teaching and the current state of the education system; the application of artificial intelligence in education; the role of educational platforms; and the relevance of UX/UI design practices in the development of educational technologies. Literature Review will provide the necessary theoretical support to validate the issues discussed and guide the subsequent analyses. This work seeks to assess whether personalized education can contribute to building an education system that offers equal opportunities and knowledge to all those involved in the school community.
