This study conducted an integrated analysis using survey data, ID-POS data, and product evaluation data obtained through web scraping for two product categories that are personal computers and digital cameras. The results revealed that consumer preferences and purchasing behaviors vary significantly depending on attributes such as age, gender, and residential area. Regarding digital cameras, younger consumers prioritized price and performance, middle-aged consumers valued design and portability, while older consumers focused on usability and durability. In the case of personal computers, younger consumers emphasized portability and price, middle-aged consumers preferred screen performance and design, and older consumers placed greater importance on durability and usability. Gender-based differences were also evident, with men prioritizing technical performance and functionality, whereas women placed higher emphasis on design and portability. Regional differences showed that Kanto consumers preferred a diverse range of brands and multifunctionality, while Kansai consumers demonstrated strong loyalty to specific brands and placed greater importance on portability and ease of use. Furthermore, incorporating product evaluation data collected through web scraping enabled a more comprehensive understanding of consumer opinions and sentiments that could not be fully captured by ID-POS data or survey responses alone. The integration of multiple data sources, as demonstrated in this study, is an effective approach to gaining a more nuanced understanding of differences in consumer values and preferences.
