In the chapter, we navigate the diagnosis and analysis of malfunctions and security breaches within Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) systems. This includes methodologies for anomaly and fault detection. This chapter also presents case studies with public datasets and hands-on Python script. Finally, we conclude that the techniques can assist the forensic analysis of faults and anomalies in drones and UAVs.
