The article analyzes the main directions of legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the activities of agricultural producers. The main advantage of the application of artificial intelligence in the agro-food sphere is the ability to analyze large amounts of information about the state of natural resources and agricultural machinery used in agricultural production. From the point of view of law, economic incentives for the application of “precision farming” based on the use of artificial intelligence, as well as the provision of access to information systems for monitoring the state of land resources for all interested subjects of agribusiness are justified. In the context of the implementation of the state policy to support agricultural producers, it is pointed out the need for additional subsidies and incentives for agribusiness entities that use artificial intelligence technologies in their activities, the introduction of experimental legal regimes in this area.

The article analyzes the main directions of legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the activities of agricultural producers.
