In the context of digital transformation and accelerated changes in technological orientation, artificial intelligence is becoming a key tool for improving the efficiency of company management. Further development of this direction seems to be quite natural and expected, since the actions carried out by the state should meet the requirements of the digital stage of society’s development. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that further improvement of operations using artificial intelligence is able to bring business to a fundamentally new level. Within the framework of this study, the trends in the development of information technologies in the domestic market have been analyzed, the importance of informatization processes in the activities of companies has been investigated, and the prospects for further implementation of digital technologies have been established. The authors identified and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of such implementation, proposed ways to eliminate shortcomings, systematized the possibilities of currently used mechanisms and tools, considered the specifics of the use of technology in the field of contract management and investment obligations, and determined the importance of further automation of legal processes.
