Study of XRD, AFM, and UV-Visible Spectroscopy of ZnO Nanopowder
摘要
We describe the synthesis and physical characteristics of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanopowder in this work. Physical characteristics, for example. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the atomic force microscope (AFM) have been used to examine the structural and morphological features of ZnO. The crystallite size is 45 nm seen via XRD analysis. AFM measures the grain size of the three-dimensional picture. UV absorption has been used to investigate the optical characteristics. By using UV-V spectroscopy, the band gap was found to be 3 eV. We discovered that the crystalline size of ZnO is in the nanometric range and that ZnO wurtzite possesses polycrystalline structures.
