This study presents a comprehensive five-year temporal analysis of the physicochemical parameters in Nandkol Lake water, located in Ganderbal, Jammu and Kashmir. The research aimed to elucidate the temporal variations in water quality from 2022 to 2023, offering valuable insights into the lake’s environmental dynamics. By employing standard analytical methods, essential parameters including turbidity, color, pH, dissolved solids, conductivity, hardness, chlorides, sulphates, and fluorides were examined. The collected data revealed fluctuations, trends, and potential patterns in these parameters over the studied period. This investigation contributes essential information to the understanding of Nandkol Lake’s ecosystem, facilitating informed decision-making for its preservation and sustainable management.
