We present a comprehensive framework for AIGC-enabled lighting narrative strategies, detailing their application across key dimensions: thematic content construction, narrative role and plot design, lighting scene creation, immersive video generation, and narrative effect evaluation. By synthesizing these elements, our research provides a novel, end-to-end methodology for narrative-driven urban night tourism projects, offering both practical support and innovative insights for the integration of AIGC in cultural tourism planning.
